QC/technical support:1) IQC: inspection for hardware, plastic, packaging materials and tags
2) IPQC: check the quality on the production line and deal with problems
3) FOC: finished products inspection
4) OQC: delivery products inspection
5) QC staff: 10 - 19
Materials/components: 20% of spare parts are imported, 40% of materials are self produced, another 40% of materials are sourced domestically
Procedures/testing details: customer's sample confirmation, sourcing materials, IQC OK/NG into warehouse, assign materials, production, IPQC inspection, FQC finished products inspection, OK products delivery, and OQC delivery inspection
